The last time I complain I received email from cell c to confirm that my contract is cancelled and that I owe them nothing. The email I received is as follow. Good day Karmonita Goliath

Kindly receive this email as the confirmation of the contract line 0610713833 being cancelled effective as 04/07/2013.

but. Now it shows on the itc that my cellc account is 1month overdue of R1537. This is having negative impact on my itc. How many times do I have to ask cellc to clear my name why do I have to pay for cellc mistakes other companies refuse to give me credit because of cellc. Can u please correct the information on itc.
