I recently posted two (2) complaints on Hellopeter about Cell C for not honouring an agreement I had with them because I was so dissappointed in them. One would expect a huge brand like Cell C to honour agreements they have with their customers in order to maintain good relations with them. Anyway, after my two (2) complaints on Hellopeter, I was told that my issue had been fixed and that I would recieve my cell phone before the end of last week. Today, Wednesday the 9th of October, still have not recieved my cell phone so I called Cell C to enquire as to why I haven't recieved it yet, I was told that approval is still pending. I'm now confused because I was told that I will get my phone but now I'm being told that approval is still pending. But thank you to Cell C agents who are helping with this case, when I consider where I was to where the case is now, its a huge improvement. Hopefully I'll get my phone soon enough.
