My 10GIG promo data bundle not in my account

At 14:55 pm, I purchased a My 10GIG promo data bundle from the Vodacom outlet located in the Mall @ Reds, Centurion.
After purchasing and paying for the data bundle, I still have not received my bundle on my cell phone number 076 223 5061 and since 08/10/2013 14:56 pm, I have been receiving an SMS from 27 82 009 6071 that states: "Technical Failure. Please Contact the Service Provider".
I have also contacted the Vodacom Customer Service Centre five times regarding this issue and have logged two service calls.
They are aware of the matter and have informed me that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible but I fear that it will take longer than 24 hours to resolve.
