On 26/09 was the last time I heard from Mr Sithole. I had my blackberry handset collected by RAM on that very same day. Mr Sithole told me I would have an answer on the status/condition of the handset and to finalize the cancellation of this account by no later than Thursday 03/10 and still no word. This is unacceptable. I have also emailed Mr Sithole a few times and had no response whatsoever. I certainly will not be paying for Cell C services from 26th onwards! service is shocking!
