Billing me for expired & cancelled contract

I took out a contract with Autopage in 2007 (130930 01183565) and cancelled it at the end of the term in 2009.End of August 2013 there was a debit order on my account with a heavy amount. I called to find out why are they debiting my account after so many years. They told me that account is supposed to be closed they don'nt know what happened looks like the system has been charging me since January 2010.They gave me a reference nr: A130902555 and told me they will investigate and call me back. Nobody called me back & end of September another debit order went through my account and I called Autopage spoke with Thandiza she told me that she's not sure why It happened as that account is supposed to be closed. She said she will send an email to accounts to log a complaint for me and they will cal me back within 24hrs nobody has called me and I'm afraid end of this month another debit order will go through. My bank charges me fees for this debit orders. After I cancelled this contract in 2009 they stopped sending me statements so I thought its closed and no 1 has ever called to say I owe Altech
