I was called by a VODACOM UPGRADE SPECIALIST, who failed to state that she is a call centre agent/ sales from elite mobile/comit technology, who had then messed up my upgrade. what I had asked for and what was upgraded is two different things. I had contacted elite mobile numerous times and was continuously told that they will contact me and rectify the matter. its 2 months gone and still theres no change. they have tried to deny me from getting the recording of our conversation but they do agree that the agent has done the wrong thing. they also wrongfully state that they are Vodacom upgrade specialist, I had asked why do they not state that they from elite mobile, why do they use the name Vodacom which clearly has misled me as I am a Vodacom contract holder and has assumed that they are calling me from Vodacom. I have asked for my contract to be back to its original form, and do cancel all that they have done. if they fail to do so, I will take them up further.
