Elite Mobile unprofessional, unethical

Upgrade forced down my throat by Precious at the call centre. Promised delivery by specified time. Didn't happen. Titus said there were stock shortages and delivery would only happen 4 days later. I then cancelled the contract with Titus. Went to Vodacom direct to upgrade and was told that Elite's upgrade is still on the system.
Called Elite, was told by Shannon that the phone is with the courier and the hold will only be lifted once they receive the handset back from the courier.
How can the handset be with the courier 3 hours after I was told there are stock shortages and delivery will take 4 days?!

It is now 5 days later. I still can't upgrade anywhere due to Elite's order on the system. Titus told me again that they await the return of the handset.
Made numerous calls. Phone put down in my ear 3 times. Supervisor never available. Promises that I will be called by a manager also not kept.
