At the end of July 2013, I phoned into their customer services department. My contract was almost expired and due for an upgrade. I asked them to not renew my contract, cancelling the contract and settling the full amount owed on the contract. The payment i made, was for the duration of time left on the contract. I paid R379.73 on the
2nd of August 2013, thereby closing the account.
I received a new account from them, stating that my contract is still active and that there is monies due.
I have been phoning their customer service department, no one answers the phones! Where does that leave me?
I have not signed any new contracts nor upgraded. I have all the documentation with payments slips etc. Can someone from Cell C contact me and correct this problem?
