I wright to you out of frustration, i own 3 cell c contracts and i am very annoyed as i pay every month however i never have signal.
I have a data sim which i pay for and i cant ever use it as it never picks up signal! I have an iphone 5 which can never browse the internet due to poor signal.
I would like to cancel both of these contracts as per the CPA. My contracts was taken out in April and i would like to have them cancelled with NO cancellation fee as per the CPA.
I will take this as far as i need to as i refuse to pay for something for the next 2 years and have NO coverage
