On 23.09.2013 my husband went to upgrade his contract on his tablet at the Vodacom store in the Kolonnade Shopping Centre. It is now 14 days later and my husband still does not have his device back or a new one, this is after numerous phone calls to the store. The Vodacom store manager is not willing to assist to resolve this matter and not interested in putting the client first. In the meantime my husband is paying for a more expensive contract which he has not been able to use, he has actually lost data.
