Hi we recently upgraded from a 1MB line to a 2MB line and now suddenly everything is so much slower, we have the data only package from mweb and the line from telkom, the telkom line upgraded earlier in the year when we still had the 1MB line but now since we upgraded the data from mweb everything is slower, we haven't gotten a letter saying we're using to much data so it I don't know what the problem is, my friend also has a 2MB line but with the data and everything from telkom and he doesn't have any problems so it must be mweb or maybe just our modem/router. I just want to know if the problem is with mweb before I think to buy a new modem/router.
