I took a contract with Vodacom in September 2012 at the Alberton branch, Johannesburg, purchase a blackberry. The detials of the contract was explained to me that I will be billed and payment will be debited from my checque account on the 27th of each month. I wa connected to the Vodacom network, everything was running smoothly until 3 months ago. Payments has been debited from my cheque account, no payment w skippedbut to my surprise I am being disconnected by the 3rd of each month. Staing my account is in arrears. Their call centre has not been helpful so are their accounts department. Prsently I am disconnected with no network coverage but debit order went through on the 27 September 2013. I being trying to call Vodcom with no luck. Please assist me in this regard.
