I have been a loyal mweb customer for 11 months now. Even when my speeds were never 100% I sticked with them now I am being throttled 24/7 because i went past the magical number they dont want to disclose. Save yourself the headache and go with another isp. The customer support is. Please do not give me a copy paste respond Mweb tell me why we are being treated like this. No your concern has been taken to consideration or whatever you say to the other 1000s of complaints.
