I am batteling with signal now for about 5 years. Everytime I phone about it I get a new reference number. the same old same story for the last 2 years: - "We are buzy upgrading our Vodacom Tower and it will improve. On 6 August 2013 I got reference number S3-TYIB4-4JKM. I heard they have been upgrading the towers but my signal is worst than ever. I phoned once again this morning and what a waste of time. No one is willing to help you. they won't give a number or a persons name to whom you can talk and once again the same old same story. How long must we still battle. Vodacom advertise forever how wonderful they are and that they will walk the extra mile - what a joke. I need help please. You get absolutely no joy from the customer service. They answer your call and give you a nonsense story,
