My new Iphone 5 contract phone was delivered on 12 september 2013. the following day on 13 september i informed cell c that i am no longer interested in taking the contract because i had found a better offer elsewhere. the phone is still sealed in its original package and the sim was never activated . i called on the 13th and they gave me a reference number and informend that that it takes 3-7 days for courier service to come and collect the phone. it has been more than two weeks now and i still have the phone. every time i call the call centre consultant are passing the buck nd not really helping in checking how or when the phone will be collected. everyday it is the same story that the courier service will come today but then it doesnt come. i cannot be walking around everyday with an Iphone 5 hoping that courier service will come today but they dont come, what if the phone gets or something happens to the phone because it has been more than two weeks already and i am starting to get frustated. i have been with cell C for more than two years and really disappointed this time around
