I received an SMS from a subscription service, telling me that I am subscribed and will be charged R7 a day. I thought this was dodge and phoned autopage to make sure that I am NOT subscribed to any services - they said I wasn't at the moment that I phoned them and that they'd make sure that it is flagged to IT that the subscription doesn't go through.

Today I open my mail and see an invoice that includes this daily subscription. I phoned them this morning and they said they thought I only wanted information on the subscription.
Why the would I want information on the subscription - I specifically told them to remove it.

I will lodge a complaint with the CPA if this isn't resolved soon. I am utterly dissapointed at Autopage as I've been a customer of them for years.
