Paying for 6MB/s, NEVER getting more than 3, 2MB/s

Ive been with Afrihost for a few months now, but I am yet to get a constant line speed from them. First I had a 4MB/s line uncapped&unshaped with them, the best line speed I EVER got was about 3.2MB/s, which they said was really good?! Then sell it as 3MB/s NOT 4MB/s!

I then switched my line to Afrihost as they said they will be able to service me better... HAHAHA!

Then they changed their unshaped policy so that you HAVE to switch to a Business package, which is OK, I suppose. I then asked them to increase my line speed to 6MB/s as I only got 3.2MB/s out of my 4MB/s line. Afrihost tested my line and said I would be able to receive 10MB/s. I settled on 6MB/s for about R300.00 p/m more

I am still only getting between 2.5MB/s and 3.2MB/s and have to reset my router 3-4 times a day. If I call them they say, please reset your router. Whatever happens, the operators ALWAYS say please reset your router but they can't do anything other than that, yet the problem persists!

If you test a line and say it can handle 6MB/s and you sell 6MB/s to a client GIVE THEM 6MB/s!!! This has been going on since I have joined you.

Please resolve this or I will have to switch 4 of my accounts
