Cancellation of phone line

I called Telkom to cancel a phone line and spent about 10 minutes holding for an operator to assist me, i tried several times with no success. I eventually got though and was told to submit some documents which i did (around mid June). I received a statement for July only to find out the line had not yet been cancelled, i phoned the call center again and was told they did not receive any documents. I resent the docs soon after and put a read receipt on the email, 2 days later i got a notification that the email got deleted WITHOUT BEING READ! I battled to get a hold of the line cancellation dept so went to the Telkom store direct as i was told its easier to get through using their phone. I spoke to the lady and gave her the email address, time and date of the original cancellation i sent as she requested and she assured me that her supervisor would get back to me. Today is 4th of October and im still waiting... Currently i am still being changed line rental fees and for the ADSL line, I refuse to pay and will force them to cut my line!
