PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CELL C AGAIN!!!

I contacted cell c on 01/08/2013 to change my debit order date from the 28th of every month to the 30th. i spoke to gentleman by the name of Zwelile who confirmed that my debit order has been changed and my premiums will start going off from the 30Th of August. At the end of august i get smses from cell c to say my account is in arrears. I contacted cell c to find out why my premium did not go off only to find out that Zwelile changed my debit order date but also took it upon himself to change my account from a savings account to a cheque account!! Zanele changed it back to a savings account and asked me to make payment or my account will be suspended. I have done an eft payment and everything was fine. Today when i go into my bank statement i notice my debit order for cell c was not deducted so i contacted cell c and was told by Jeveva that the payment bounced even though i have money in my account yet again and that my account will be suspended on Monday 07/10/2013.What cell c fails to realise is if Zwelile did his job correctly in the first place none of this would be happening and i am the one getting charged unpaid fines due to Zwelile's negligence! he should be paying the fines!
