Owe me a refund of R240 since Feb 2013

I was offered a top-up contract for R120 in February. I accepted but wanted a new sim card. The sim card was intercepted whilst in transit and never received. My first debit order came off end Feb, the second at end March. I phoned the call centre MANY times and had to go to the Eastgate customer centre to try to get the problem resolved. Somebody by the name of Sandile assisted me at the service centre on 4th April, & suggested he do a sim-swap so as to prevent the person who had the sim from using it further. He told me to phone the call centre the next morning to have the sim activated. An Indian lady assisted me & said the contract was cancelled instead of a sim-swap. I asked her to cancel everything & refund me. She gave me ref. S3.TMD7V.VKJA & asked me to send my bank statement details, which I did. I received nothing and made MANY more calls to the call centre. I was asked to fax the bank statements again which I did 22nd Aug & I've been from person to person with no luck. My last call was 19th Sept when Louisa in Contracts Dept. said the Refunds Dept. were responsible for the refund. She promised to phone me back and I'm STILL WAITING for her call and my R240!!!
