Cell c stick, no coverage, NO help

I bought cell c stick on 3/4/13, paid R1400.00 for internet package x12 months. I had some internet connection for the first 6 weeks and after that had NO INTERNET connection with only error message 628 - "the connection was terminated by remote computer before it could be completed"
1) I did the software update cell c sent myself, went to the cell c store in Cresta, they re-checked the software update and sent an email to technical dept for "network feedback" I did a third on line update with a call centre technician on 25/7/13 (each time they said my update was perfect!!)
2) I've been phoning the technical dept since 22/7/13 and have made 12 calls, I have records of all the calls and quoted my network query ref number each time SD126153. Jerome Naidoo manager of the technical call centre called me twice with empty promises.

After ALL THIS TIME I am still without internet connection and I feel after all these months, phone calls and frustration with a product that doesn't work the company should give me a complete refund.
