So fed up with cell c

I took two contracts in july of 2011. First payment was due end of august. The 1st it didnt go off. I phoned they said it will. Now they tell me i owe a month and my contracts will now be suspended. The new contract started 1 August for R229.00 i forgot and paid R200 on the 27 July 2013 now they tell me i owe a mont on the previous and beacause that R200 went for the previuos i must pay three hundred and something as i was billed for august and september. I wont pay!!! The lady was going to contact me im still waiting she said its a computer glitch. Now ill explain in the newspaper.
