Over billed for the last 3 months!

For the last 3 months my virgin mobile blackberry contract account billing has been increasing, the contract has expired September this year, we have two contracts by them and because the contract is on my fiance's name virgin mobile refuses to speak to me and my fiance is hardly at home to deal with complaints as I previously told virgin mobile. So I can't cancel the contract and they now bill me for internet charges on the blackberry contract which was not stated in the contract at all. Last month they billed me at over R600 where I am supposed to pay R225 per phone, this month they deducted R1000 from my bank account for both my contracts! It is unacceptable that they deduct as much as they please! They are us blindly and I am sick and tired of virgin mobile deducting more money than they should!
