I have had my contract for a quite a while and unfortunately speeds are getting no better. If i even have internet connection due to the instability it is extremely slow. I was told when i took this out that there was no problem with connectivity in my area. I'm on the verge of cancelling as speeds like the below in the latest test just won't work. Please have this sorted out as speeds like this is ridiculous and pointless considering the speeds you offer are much higher than what i'm getting.

Download Speed: 71 kbps (8.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 8 kbps (1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 584 ms

Please treat this with some urgency as this can't go on and i will have to cancel if no feedback is given asap.
