I logged a fault (201CRK290913) for my terrible ADSL line which is constantly dropping connection. I am barely connected for a few minutes until it drops!
The technician came out on Monday and decided the fault should be CLOSED even though the problem was and still is persisting. In fact my line is even WORSE than before now. How can a fault just be closed when the problem is still clearly there?! Will my line ever be fixed?
I would not recommend using Telkom and if my ADSL line is not fixed soon I will be forced to use other options such as Neotel or a mobile carrier since I rely on internet connectivity to do my work.
