I am highly frustrated. My contract and relationship with Virgin Mobile started off on the wrong foot about 5 years ago. There were debit issues, and unreasonably long waits at their call centre right off the bat, thereafter I had a ton of dropped calls.
Eventually after some months I obtained other phones and contracts from another service provider (where the service is much better!) and left my Virgin Mobile switched off. Towards the end of the 2 year Virgin Mobile contract I phoned the call centre and told them that I was (obviously) terminating my contract at the end of 24 months and will not be renewing it.
The end of 24 months came and went, but the debits kept going on. I then went to the website and filled out the necessary details for termination - still no response and the debits kept going. Highly upset and frustrated, I went into the branch and wrote it down on a page telling them that I want my contract terminated. (I got signed acknowledgement of receipt etc.). I was told that they will sort it out for me and call me the next week.
Its now about a month later and guess what? - the debit of R322 has just went off my account AGAIN.
I want a refund of it all.
