Unblacklisting of cellphone

On the 4th of september 2013 i realised to my surprise that my cellphone was blacklisted.i contacted my service provider, altech autopage, but was told that my cellphone has been by MTN SP themself.autopage tried to unblacklist my phone but was unable to as mtn sp themself blacklisted the phone.i submitted the unblacklisting forms to a mtn store and on the 19th of september received communication that i should meep my phone off for 72hours, but on the 22nd when i switched it on my phone was still not working.i phoned? the customer care nymber for mtn but the consultant was not able to assist me at all.the lady assisting me in the shop is very helpfull ans has also tried to contact mtn to help me unblacklist my phone, but after several emails and calls they cant assist her either with this.the latest is that the phone was never blacklisted and my number was never used in that phone? my issue here is that i never requested this phone to be blacklisted in the first place and now its such a huge problem unblacklisting it and i havent been able to use my phone for almost a month.the imei number in question here is 352659055352170, cell number 0732042689.jessica knouwds
