When I call 808 from my phone the system states that I could upgrade 1 October 2013. I went into the Eastgate branch (small), the other branch was being upgraded (excellent customer service), and was told I must phone them myself. When I phoned 808 I was told I can only upgrade 1 November 2013. I then got hold of the upgrade department and requested that I upgrade two days earlier MTN had an attitude towards me "which I gave back in return", I was told I must phone them in October and only then will they see if they can assist me. I eventually just put the phone down and left it. When I phoned 808 again yesterday, 1 October 2013, the system stated that I do not qualify for an upgrade and should phone customer service. I phoned today, 2 October 2013, and was told that I could only upgrade on 27 October 2013. Now my question is, what is going on there???!!! I have received three different dates and get sent from one side to another. This is costing petrol and as the economic is standing at the moment no-one can afford to waste one single sent.
