I terminated my contract numerous times after it has reached it termination date. First of all I had to cancel more than once as Virgin Mobile still gave me airtime even after I had cancelled the contract. I phoned them to inform them and told them to cancel the airtime as I have cancelled my contract and that I do not want to be on Virgin Mobile any more. Eventually I was told that my contract has been cancelled and that the last payment will be in June. After inspection of my bank account I noticed that Virgin Mobile has been deducting money from my account - without me receiving any airtime in return - for the months of July, August and September. In my opinion, taking money from someone's account without any authorisation and without giving them anything in return is. Don't ever go to Virgin Mobile!!! You will experience endless problems and a very arrogant call center that cannot help you ever!!!
