If you do read this - think before you accept the deal Telkom Mobile place before you!!!
I wrote a report the other day regarding a problem I have encountered - NO SERVICE!
Before signing the Contract - I was informed that Telkom Mobile would deliver within 5 Business days once I moved houses, to install Boosters so that I can receive the Internet that I am paying for!
This was over two (2) months ago and NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING has been done to assist!
I take my hat off to Martin Chetty & Gift (Consultant) for their assistance and following-up over these two months as to why nothing has been done by Telkom!
Long story short - DO NOT take out a contract with Telkom Mobile - as the Boosters they say they will come and install, will NEVER arrive at your house and you will be paying your monthly bills - yet, NO Internet!
The service of Telkom Mobile is Non-existent and they aren't even willing to attempt to assist - opposite as to what was said before when discussing & signing the Contract!
Telkom Mobile - I hope that another competitor takes over your business and puts you to shame!
Thank you for taking my money and NOT providing me with any service!!!
