Samsung S4 Active not so very "Active"

I received a Samsung S4 Active on my renewed contract and after a few weeks' use, the incoming and outgoing calls started to mute by itself. All sounds worked but i could not make or receive calls. I send it in last week Monday and this Monday 2013-09-30 received a phone with a new pc board. When testing it at the shop, it had very bad reception. Signal -1 line. It was sent back again, and again yesterday when I phoned, was informed that they will have to replace the pc board. So my "new" phone is now not so new and had to have the pc board replaced twice. If this is typical of this phone, I am not impressed. I think the time has come to just give me a new phone & stop replacing pc boards. Also when I asked for a loan phone, Vodacom did not have one. I was forced to buy a R99.00 packet of cardboard sim so I could use my micro sim in an old phone of mine. My screen protector that I have paid for, was not replaced. Good service and customer relations cannot be so hard to achieve. Also the lady who served me on Monday did not help much with her don't care attitude when she told me that the phone would just have to be sent back. I was upset and she could not care less.
