Dear Sir/Mam
I Mr Leeson Mohan hereby have an issue with MTN service provider that has not been resolved since August 2013.
I have taken out a contract in July 2013 with MTN which comprised of a Samsung 40 inch 3D led smart TV with a wifi router which included 2gig data open line for R449.00 on a 24 month contract. I received the wifi router but only with 1gig data on a top up in mid August 2013 and when I complained that it is not what I signed for the consultant Razia advised that it is correct. Apart from the incorrect data package I only received A tv on 05 September 2013 however this was the wrong tv, it was a normal samsung 32 inch led tv. Now THIS deal cost R438.99 by 24 months.
We immediately phoned the incompetent consultant at the store and complained, that advised she will check what was going on but did not.
We went to the store with the router to speak to the store manager Razaak. We advised that the entire deal was a blunder and signed at the back of the pick up note of the router with the reason why we are now canceling together with our contact numbers. At the time the manager told us that he will escalate the issue but thus far none n still being charged.
