Incorrect information

I decided not to upgrade my contract and called in to find out the procedure to go onto prepaid. Advised to call in a day after the contract expired to do the necessary changes. Managed to get this done eventually but then noticed that my airtiime had disappeared. Had to call in again only to be told now that I should have been informed of the process and given an option of when to port to prepaid. The cherry on top is that I was billed for the airtime and then it was taken away. I have now been told taht I would be getting billed again come next month but I don't understand why if you are still taking away my airtime. Was promised a call back today but clearly no one wants to take responsibility
