REPLACEMENT OF PHONE

I lost my phone on the 14/09/2013, the next day I went the Nashua mobile park meadows to report the phone as lost as it was insured. I fill in the forms in store and told that it would take two days to get the ITC number and that I need to report it at the police station. when I got the case number I sent it to the store to add to form for the insurance claim. this process took about three days. on the 19/09/2013 I call the insurance call centre to find out about my claim, only to learn the store had not sent the forms, so I had to refill and resend. I was told that it would that up to 5 days for me to get my phone. Till today the 01/10/2013 I still have not received me phone. I have called the call centre numerous times and till nothing. what upsets me is I am expected to pay Nashua for this terrible service they are giving. I can not wait for my contract and our company contracts to expire so we can move our business to a company that actual gives us service. I will be warning people NEVER to use Nashua mobile services
