My husband and I took out similar contracts (2011-2013 & 2013 - 2011) with free data usage. With the transfer to the new contract we got charged for data usage. Brought it under Vodacom Somerset West attention. Did a dispute for my account and was assured my husband's account is in order. Nothing further happened and placed my complained on Hello Peter"s website on the 20th of Sep. Received an email from [Email Removed] Matter resolved on the 25th of Sep. Received an invoice for my husband and he was charged R1299.78 for data usage on a contract with unlimited data usage after Vodacom Somerset West confirmed his account was in order! Emailed [Email Removed] 3 times in total since yesterday morning with no reply. My husband signed a stop order at the bank but we don't want the account to be overdue. Need it sorted ASAP in order to pay the correct balance. This is contract breach from Vodacom and we are loyal clients for more than 10 years now! Seriously feel like cancelling these contacts and take our business to another service provider.
