Beginning August i received my statement which was showing a 23k spend on data services only for my number. I called vodacom quering this and was advised that the data support department will call me, they did a few days later and they advised me that the billing was for a data sim which is linked to my no. I requested that this be referred to their department which i was told they would investigate. I again called Vodacom in September and a lady called back generalyzing and saying there is no secondary sim linked to my account and that billing is mine which i asked what exactly have i used the data on and she couldnt tell me. I need assistance with this as i know i have not used that much data in my life and my phone bill has never been over 1k. Also everytime i call vodacom i must start the story afresh and deal with a different person and no one ever calls back or responds.
