Poor Service from Vodacom

I sent my phone in to Vodacom because it would not switch on, when it came back apparently all it needed was a software upgrade. Nobody ever contact me about my phone, I had to keep calling in to find out what's happening. No one told me my phone was ready either, I just pitched up at the Vodacom in Cape gate after waiting two and a half weeks and they said my phone is there and it has been there for 4 days.

When I got my phone I had a look at it and noticed all the scratched on the screen. There was NO scratched on my screen. I keep my phone in a pouch all day long. There was a scratch or two on the on the main part of the phone, which they indicated on a picture when I booked the phone in. There were no scratches on the screen indicated when I booked it in. When I complained about the screen they told me there was nothing they can do because it is a refurbished phone. That phone was brand new when I got it, I still pulled the plastic off the phone so there was no scratched on it when I got it as a refurbished phone.
I left it there to be fixed, after a long fight they agreed to fix the screen. Two weeks later no one knows where my phone is! Cape Gate do not have it! Help please.
