Refund My Bank Account I Cancelled My Contract

In April this year 2013 I decided to terminate my contract with Nashua Mobile which was due to run out end of June 2013. When applying for this termination I was told that even if I terminated my contract before the end date of the contract Nashua Mobile will still owe me an odd? R200 (This was shown to me on Nashua Mobile's system and I have an email to prove this). So I decided to terminate start of June 2013 and not end of June 2013. When June came nothing was even loaded to the system and it was as if I never did the request. I struggled for 2 weeks with Nashua Mobile after which it seemed to have been terminated. In July the outstanding amount that Nashua Mobile still owed me was not refunded as it should've been and for the heck of it my account was deducted with R185.00. This was again deducted from my account on the 1st of August 2013, 1st of September 2013, and now again on the 1st of October 2013. Can you please explain to me why this amounts is still being deducted from my account? I am fed up with the utter disgrace of a service you are selling to your clients. This is pathetic and not acceptable at all and at this point it is nothing less than.
