I cancelled my contract which had already run its 24 months on 23 August "before cut off date" according to the telephone consultant and still get billed for August and September in full. Therefore I am paying 26 months for a 24 month contract with no airtime or minutes to use in the last 2 months - big business you rip the public off and there is nothing the average person can do about it.
