On the 5th July 2013 I upgrade my contract to an iphone package. The lady in theClearwater mall branch supposedly loaded a 500meg data budle and told me that when the micro sim became active the data would be available.

On Monday the 7th I got an sms saying my data usage was higher than usual. I contacted the store where I did my upgrade immediately and logged a query and was assured they would get it sorted. After sending numerous messages and being ignored I logged it with Vodacom myself (EC-ZHYE-300LCD) and finally on the 1st August I was told they would credit me R1400 for data and R140 for a 1 GIG bundle I purchased that never loaded. A few weeks later I received a credit for R617.25 less than half of the agreed credit. Now that I follow up as my lines have been suspended I am told that the 500 meg bundle was pro rata and not a whole bundle.

My issue is this:

o The bundle WAS NOT loaded on the 5th July as I was told it would be. Should it have been loaded when my data ran out I would have purchased another data bundle as you will see on the history of my account I do. I would NEVER have used data if I had been told it was OUT OF BUNDLE rates.
