This is my second compliant about cell c on the same matter. it seems that cell c cant keep to there words. its about a week now my phone is still blocked yet I sent document showing I'm the owner of the phone. I was told my phone will be unblocked and I can start using it by one agent but another agent informs me the phone will not be unblocked. if cell c cant unblock my phone then its useless doing business with them.
