I had booked my Samsung S3 for repairs at the East London Vincent Branch, but before I booked the phone in I had done a back up of my phone. Two days after my phone had been booked in, my notebook got stollen, I contacted Cell C repair centre in Midrand, as I recieved a sms on the 30/09/2013 in the hopes that they could help me by assisting me with a back up of my phones photos and videos, they lady I spoke to told me that "WE ARE A REPAIR CENTRE AND NOT A BACK UP CENTRE" so I told her that I am fully aware of that as I work in IT aswell, she than told me they had not have the facilities to do a back up, I immediately called her bluff and I told Her her shes lieng! eversince than I have asked her to let me speak to her supervisor on manager and I am still waiting for their response!!! Not impressed! its not like its a big mission to help a client with a backup! I am even willing to pay for it to be done!
