I just got off the phone with Mthela Tefo at the mtn call centre, i called because i wanted to know when a data bundle was expiring.
i could not answer all the security questions because i am not the owner of the account, fair enough, but i answered all the questions exactly the same way my father did.
this staff member was rude to both my father and i. when i asked TWICE to speak to a manager or a person second in charge he told me "no one is here".
the equipment at mtn must really, or this staff member doesnt belong in a call centre because i could not hear a thing he said!
MTN, train your staff properly, get the managers to actually do their work and update your equipment!
