Charges on account that should not be there

I have been with Cell C for almost ten years and loved being on Cell C, I never had any problems until last year when I upgraded my contract form a Control Chat to an Active Chat. My contract stipulates that it will cost R240 per month with R240 MB of data free. I am being charged a "Get It" fee and a 300MB data package - I requested neither of these. They can not prove that I did and will not remove and refund it. Also my phone bill was always around R400 a month, it is suddenly for the past three months R700 - they can not show me why. I am so disappointed in Cell C right now and feel that my contract should be cancelled considering they have not stuck to there agreement and I have. I have never missed a payment, even when they charged me double in one month and decided to credit me instead of giving me my money back.
