Vodacom's response was to phone me to tell me that a technician will contact me to inspect the network in the problem area. DIDN'T HAPPEN.
Network is still intermittent, normal cell communication not possible 75% of the time. Calls are dropped and call quality is so poor that one can not hear the caller.
Vodacom phoned to tell me that they gave me feedback about my problem and that they were now closing the issue on their side. PATHETIC.
Utterly disgusted. Changing network. I urge anybody who relies on cellular communication for business and urgent calls to NOT make use of the unstable and unreliable Vodacom network.
