Extremely bad service

I experienced exremely poor service from Cell C recently. I phoned customer service on 30 July 2013 to complain about a problem with the upgrade I did in June 2013. A certain Matsupi called me to offer a special upgrade on my control chat 50 to control chat 100, part of the deal included 2 nokia Asha 201 phones, i agreed to this, however he called me back to say that the 2 nokia 201 phones will be replaced by 2 nokia 205 phones because the 201 is going off the market. I also agreed to this. However when the phones was delivered, the courier gave me 4 boxes with 4 nokia asha 205 phones. Matsupi called later to confirm that my phones was delivered, whereas I told him of the 2 extra phones. He confirmed that the 2 phones that I opened was linked to my name, and he arranged with me the details and pickup of the remaining 2 phones by the courier. The phones were never collected. The problem is since then I received 3 statements for accounts I never had, and for cell numbers I never had. I never agreed for 3 seperate accounts, I agreed to only the upgrade on my current account for the nr 0846161848. Meanwhile Cell C is helping themselves to my bank acc.
