Vodacom process and operation are so bad and useless I took a phone ordered a phone online explicitly explained that 072XXX Vodacom Number on MTN network and its on prepaid, I want to port this number to Vodacom on a contract. Very simple and straight forward but guess what I was issued a new number its a weeks now trying to get this sorted, I already know all call centre numbers by heart now from 082111, 0821745, went to Vodacom outlets e.g. at ilanga Mall at Nelspruit, some white lady told me some incompetency story I never heard of having to RICA to prepaid Vodacom then contract... its more than a week cannot get such a simple query resolve... call agent who help ordering this must really be demoted...
