I requested that a limit of R100.00 be set on my contract over and above my actual contract. I was informed by a person employed at Cell C that this was done but to my suprise the limit is only R100.00 no free minutes no free gig data. SO in Other words i am paying R399.00 for R100 airtime WELL YOU CAN GO FLY A KITE IN A THUNDERSTORM IF you think i am going to pay that much for a service that falls far short of what i am paying for. I AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT AND TRY BILL ME A CANCELLATION FEE YOU WILL SEE ME WITH MY LAWYER FASTER THAN YOU CAN BLINK. DONT TRY IT.
I AM GOING TO MOVE TO MTN WHERE MY WIFE HAS NO PROBLEMS SETTING LIMITS WHICH IS A SIMPLE GODDAM THING TO DO.
