Last night around 9pm & 10pm I loaded 1GB data bundles and went to bed having R167 airtime, 17sms & over 1GB data bundles. This morning when I wake up I have 0 airtime & 0 data bundles. I phoned MTN & spoke to an agent Katlego. At first he could not even see the 1GB data I loaded up until I insisted that he must check his system thoroughly, then he saw them. He says my airtime was used up by internet over night & my question is how come bcz I had 1GB data. I am soon off, angry, furious. I feel as robbed & what me off the most is the fact that there's no explanation to what happened & no assurance that if I.load airtime & data now it won't just disappear. I am even more by the fact that this investigation lodged can take up to 24hrs meaning I can't do any of my business today.
