After opening an account early this year on my mothers name with my dad's banking details it was fine, later on I changed the banking details to my own banking details. Since then my debit order doesn't go through!! I have been to several autopage franchises and some of them "fixed" the
problem. I went to my ABSA branch where they showed me that the problem is not there. I checked my banking details time and again at autopage. I spoked to different people at head office, which also said they "fixed" the problem or that they can't see why there is a problem and why my debit order isn't going through. I slso reloaded my contract and still my debit order doesn't goes of! There is money in my account, my banking details is correct, why is there a problem? Every time my phone gets disconnected, I am responsible for the extra R 49 to reconnect it. I am the one that has to drive al the way to a autopage to fix their problems and that is NOT why I got a contract in the first place. Today I also got a message from autopage that my details will be listed at the credit Bereau ABSA. And still I have tried and tried to fix this problem, and are kept responsible for autopage's poor service!
